  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners or grease lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fold in any optional add-ins.
  5. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until tops are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
