Bacon-Wrapped Egg Muffins: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups for easy removal.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it’s partially cooked but still pliable. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheese and diced vegetables into the egg mixture.
  6. Take a slice of bacon and line the edges of each muffin cup, creating a circle.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into each bacon-lined muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  8. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the bacon is crispy.
  9. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the tin.
  10. If desired, sprinkle fresh herbs on top for added flavor before serving.
