  • 1 cup coconut cream (full-fat for richness)
  • 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh mango slices (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to create a solid base.
  2. In a blender, add cream cheese, coconut cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
