  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream melted butter with sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, alternating with milk. Gently fold in the mango pieces.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
