Rich and creamy black bean dip, perfect for parties or a midnight snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) low-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the black beans under cool water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the black beans, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and sour cream. Blend until smooth but slightly chunky.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or veggie sticks and enjoy!
