- 1 can (15 oz) low-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Rinse the black beans under cool water until the water runs clear.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the black beans, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and sour cream. Blend until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
