  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled queso fresco
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, chipotle sauce, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. While the shrimp is cooking, arrange the tostada shells on a serving platter.
  4. Once the shrimp is cooked, place a portion of shrimp on each tostada shell.
  5. Top each tostada with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and crumbled queso fresco.
