Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  3. Pour the eggnog (or milk) into a shallow dish. Dip each gingerbread cookie into the eggnog briefly, ensuring they are coated but not soggy.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, lay a single layer of dipped cookies at the bottom.
