Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
