  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: diced bell peppers, onions, or jalapeños for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with the butter and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sausage. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently until the eggs are fully cooked.
  5. Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  6. Place half of the biscuits in the greased baking dish. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture evenly over them, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the remaining half of the biscuits on top of the cheese.
  8. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Once baked, let the sliders cool for a few minutes. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
