  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, bring the chicken broth to a gentle simmer. Add sliced ginger and infuse for about five minutes.
  2. Gently add dumplings and cook for about seven minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in frozen peas and carrots, allowing them to warm through.
