Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until heated through and well blended.
Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the cranberry sauce until fully coated.
Return the coated meatballs to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to heat the sauce further.
