2 medium navel oranges, peeled and chopped (about 300g)
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional, about 60g)
Instructions
Rinse cranberries under cold water and discard any mushy ones.
Zest one orange before peeling both oranges; chop them into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine chopped oranges, cranberries, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
If desired, stir in chopped walnuts for added crunch.
Cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
