1 lb Kielbasa, sliced
4 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
1 can Cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 cups Cooked rice (white or brown)
Instructions
Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
Add the sliced kielbasa to the crockpot.
Pour the frozen mixed vegetables over the kielbasa.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Pour the soup mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
Serve the cheesy kielbasa meal over cooked rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, use smoked kielbasa or add your favorite herbs and spices.
Customize with different vegetables or cheeses.
If the sauce seems too thick during cooking, add a little more milk.
