- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Gather all ingredients and ensure the chicken is thawed and patted dry.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
