- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Cooking spray
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir until well combined.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and well incorporated.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Be careful not to overfill.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10-15 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley for added freshness.
Notes
- Serve warm for the best taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
