Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bites filled with seasoned beef and melted cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir until well combined.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and well incorporated.
  5. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Be careful not to overfill.
  7. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10-15 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley for added freshness.

Notes

  • Serve warm for the best taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Reheat in the oven to restore crispness.
