This cheerful Grinch Bark captures the heart of the holidays. With swirls of green and white, topped with red candy hearts and festive sprinkles, it’s a simple, no-bake treat that even the Grinch would love. Perfect for parties, gifting, or a cozy night in with a Christmas movie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or white almond bark
  • Green gel food coloring
  • Red candy hearts (or red M&M’s)
  • Green sprinkles, jimmies, or sanding sugar
  • Optional: Crushed peppermint
  • Optional: Peppermint or vanilla extract
  • Optional: Crushed pretzels or mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add green food coloring one drop at a time until you achieve the desired Grinchy shade.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer, about ¼-inch thick.
  5. While the chocolate is still soft, decorate with red candy hearts and green sprinkles. Add any optional toppings now.
  6. Let the bark cool and harden at room temperature, or refrigerate for faster setting (about 15-20 minutes).
  7. Once completely set, break into pieces.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring for a vibrant color without adding excess liquid.
  • Parchment paper is recommended over wax paper for easy removal.
  • Ensure bowls and utensils are dry to prevent chocolate seizing.
