  • 1 small cucumber, grated and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Pizza Crust: If using a store-bought crust, follow package instructions. If making homemade, roll out your dough on a floured surface to fit your baking sheet or pizza stone.
