Ingredients
Scale
1 pound Ground turkey
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 Egg
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, honey, Dijon mustard, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the yogurt dip. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with the yogurt dip on the side.
