  • 2 ripe avocados (about 300g)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (170g)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (15g)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (30ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, scoop and mash the ripe avocados until smooth.
  3. Combine the melted chocolate with the mashed avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until velvety.
  4. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to firm it up.
  5. Roll the chilled mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
