  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vegetable oil to the mashed bananas and whisk until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips and spoon the batter into prepared muffin tins, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
