  • 4 cups Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 prepared pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced apples and cranberries with granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie pan.
