1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)
3 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup frosting (your choice)
1 cup chocolate melts (white, dark, or colored)
¼ cup sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using eggs, oil, and water. Bake until golden brown.
Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
Mix in the frosting until well combined; it should hold together when squeezed.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least an hour until firm.
Melt chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip each chilled ball halfway into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
Decorate with sprinkles while still wet. Let dry completely before serving.
