- 3 large eggs (separated)
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Let cool slightly.
