  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and mix until light and airy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir gently to avoid overmixing.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets, leaving space between cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  7. Let cool slightly before drizzling with glaze made from mixing powdered sugar with milk.
