  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (150g)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (250g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (3g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a clean surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add spinach, and sauté until wilted (about 2 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with crumbled feta and garlic powder until well combined.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling onto each puff pastry square. Fold diagonally or leave open-faced.
  6. Brush each crisp with olive oil and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
