½ cup plain breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, and garlic powder until just combined.
