- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- pinch Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 3 tbsp Melted Butter
- 3 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Sugar-Free Honey
- Score the chicken breasts lengthwise with a sharp knife and then crosswise to form a grid pattern.
- Mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, cayenne and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken on both sides.
- Place the chicken into the tray of an air fryer, and cook at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
- Stir together the butter, garlic and honey in a bowl, and brush over the chicken breasts. Return to the air fryer for another 2 minutes.
- Baste again with the garlic butter before serving.
