This is a fast and easy recipe that leaves your chicken surprisingly juicy! Keto air fryer chicken breasts with garlic butter – a dinner fav!

Ingredients

  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Sugar-Free Honey

Instructions

  1. Score the chicken breasts lengthwise with a sharp knife and then crosswise to form a grid pattern.
  2. Mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, cayenne and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken on both sides.
  4. Place the chicken into the tray of an air fryer, and cook at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
  5. Stir together the butter, garlic and honey in a bowl, and brush over the chicken breasts. Return to the air fryer for another 2 minutes.
  6. Baste again with the garlic butter before serving.
