Ingredients
Scale
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
Melt Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Add Vanilla: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Mix in Marshmallows: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
Transfer to Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
Create Swirls: Use a knife to create swirls by gently mixing the fudge, ensuring some marshmallows remain visible on top.
Chill: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
Slice and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!
