Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add Vanilla: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Mix in Marshmallows: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
  5. Transfer to Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
