4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 medium zucchinis, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a large baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the dish, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
