Mini Deep Dish Crescent Roll Pizzas are easy and fun to make. They combine the flavors of pizza with the convenience of crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni (or your choice of toppings)
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • ½ cup sliced olives (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Press each triangle into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups, creating a small cup shape.
  5. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into each dough cup.
  6. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  7. Place your choice of toppings, such as pepperoni, bell peppers, or olives, on top of the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top of each mini pizza for added flavor.
  9. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the pizzas cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them.
