  • 1 pound pumpkin puree
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add prosciutto and cook until crispy. Remove prosciutto and crumble.
