- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled (choose your favorite type)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 4 medium-sized tortillas (flour or corn)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for the pan
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little cooking spray or oil.
- Add the crumbled sausage to the skillet and cook until browned and heated through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
