  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup mustard
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the Patties: On a greased sheet pan, press the beef mixture evenly into a rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
  4. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and place the halved cheese slices on top of the meat. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Using a sharp knife, cut the beef into 12 equal squares, aligning with the slider buns.
  7. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a serving platter.
  8. Place a beef patty on each bottom bun. Top with your choice of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
  9. Place the top halves of the buns on each assembled slider.
  10. Serve Immediately: Enjoy your sliders warm, either as is or with additional condiments on the side.
