  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
  5. Place a few shrimp on each tortilla, top with garlic cilantro lime slaw, and add sliced avocado.
  6. Garnish with extra cilantro and lime wedges for squeezing over the tacos.
