Ingredients
Scale
2 turkey tenderloins (about 1 pound total)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for roasting.
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Marinate the Turkey: Place the turkey tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the tenderloins, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour for more flavor.
Sear the Tenderloins: In an oven-safe skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated turkey tenderloins and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Roast in the Oven: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the tenderloins for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Cut the turkey into slices and arrange them on a serving platter. Drizzle any pan juices over the top for added flavor.
Optional: Sprinkle fresh parsley over the slices for a pop of color and freshness.
