  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Carefully twist each Oreo cookie to separate the halves. You can also leave them whole for a sturdier pop.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Dip one end of each lollipop stick into the melted white chocolate to help it adhere to the cookie.
  4. Insert the lollipop stick into the cream filling of each Oreo cookie and press gently to secure.
  5. Dip each Oreo pop into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Immediately sprinkle with your choice of decorations (sprinkles or edible glitter) before the chocolate sets.
  7. Place the coated Oreo pops upright in a cup or on a parchment-lined baking sheet to allow the chocolate to set.
  8. Repeat the melting process for the semi-sweet chocolate chips if you desire a two-tone effect.
  9. For an elegant touch, dip the Oreo pops into the semi-sweet chocolate after the white chocolate has set.
  10. Allow the pops to cool completely until the chocolate is firm.
