Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to warm up.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until creamy.
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the ricotta layer.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the cheese for a touch of heat (adjust according to your preference).
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Once out of the oven, drizzle hot honey generously over the pizza while it’s still warm.
Top with fresh basil leaves for added flavor and color.
Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
