Ingredients
Scale
1 pre-made pizza crust
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup beer cheese sauce (homemade or store-bought)
6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil (for brushing on the crust)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure a perfectly cooked crust.
Roll out the pre-made pizza crust onto a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
Evenly spread the beer cheese sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the beer cheese sauce.
Evenly distribute the crumbled bacon over the cheese layer.
Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and salt over the pizza.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
If desired, sprinkle sliced green onions over the pizza after it’s out of the oven.
Allow the pizza to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing it into wedges for serving.
