  • 56 mini marshmallows (or 2 large cut in half)
  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (about 20 chips)
  • Drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • Sprinkle of crushed graham cracker (if not counting every carb)
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place rice cake on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Top with marshmallows and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave for 10–15 seconds, or until marshmallows puff and chocolate starts to melt.
  4. Or broil in the oven for 1–2 minutes for a toasted top.
