  • Cooking spray or olive oil (for air frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread about ¼ cup of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Evenly distribute your chosen toppings, such as pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives.
  6. If desired, sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings for added flavor.
  7. Place the second tortilla on top of the filled one, creating a sandwich-like structure.
  8. Lightly spray both sides of the tortilla with cooking spray or brush with olive oil to ensure a crisp texture.
  9. Place the tortilla wrap in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes.
  10. After 5 minutes, carefully flip the wrap and cook for an additional 5 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
  11. Once cooked, remove the tortilla pizza wrap from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges for serving.
