1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ½ cup of barbecue sauce until well coated. Set aside.
If using a store-bought pizza crust, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. If using homemade dough, stretch it out onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Brush the pizza crust lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the surface.
Evenly distribute the barbecue chicken mixture over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, followed by the thinly sliced red onions.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
