Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
  2. Prepare the Dough: If using store-bought dough, follow the package instructions. Roll out your dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
  4. Brush the Dough: Place the rolled-out pizza dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the surface of the dough.
