- 1 pound flank steak, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 2 limes
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup diced avocado
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- Lime wedges, for serving
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well.
- Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it’s well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to overnight.
