Scale
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 10 oz total)
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream

1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
In a pot over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Stir in the white beans and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes.
Reduce heat slightly and stir in heavy cream until combined and creamy.
Serve hot in bowls; garnish with cilantro or jalapeños if desired.
