  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup celery, finely diced
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooled pasta, tuna, celery, onion, and peas. Stir gently to combine and coat with the dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
