Ingredients
Scale
1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup dill pickles, sliced
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, dried dill weed, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Assemble the Pizza: Roll out the pre-made pizza crust on a floured surface. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Spread the Sauce: Evenly spread the white garlic sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Layer the Pickles: Arrange the dill pickle slices on top of the cheese, ensuring even coverage.
Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with fresh dill for an added burst of flavor and color.
Slice and Serve: Cut the pizza into slices and serve hot.
