This Easy No-Bake Spinach Dip is a creamy, savory classic that comes together in just 10 minutes using a simple one-bowl method.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened, full fat)
  • 1 (12-oz) package spinach (frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1 (4-oz) can water chestnuts (minced)
  • 1 (1.8-oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh, finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Spinach: Ensure your thawed spinach is as dry as possible by squeezing it in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  2. Soften and Blend the Base: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix in Seasonings: Add the dry onion soup mix, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Fold in Spinach and Crunch: Gently fold in the squeezed-dry spinach and minced water chestnuts, breaking up any clumps of spinach.
  5. Chill and Serve: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir before serving with bread or veggies!

Notes
