Ingredients
Scale
1 pound Chicken Breast, cut into strips
0.5 cup All-purpose flour
0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
0.5 teaspoon Paprika
to taste Salt and pepper
0.25 cup Unsalted butter
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
0.5 cup Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Shake off any excess flour.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the coated chicken strips to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess butter. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor.
Serve the garlic butter chicken strips hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
