- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into cubes (450g)
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 clove Garlic, minced

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, flour, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken cube first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well-coated.
- Place the coated chicken cubes on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
