  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or rotisserie)
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. If using homemade pizza dough, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Lightly brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
